#Braumeister 1000L

By popular customer request, Speidel have developed the 1000 Litre Braumeister.

For those who want to brew even more beer, this model is just right. Even with a 1000 litre batch, the brewing process remains as simple as with its little brother. The fully automatic brewing control takes over the brewing of individually set recipes and runs through all brewing phases with precise timing and temperature. Brewing, lautering, hop boiling, whirlpool and cooling are all carried out in one tank. Due to the easy to operate crane with a winch, even the large malt tube can be easily lifted out.

The Braumeister can be fixed with adjustable feet, but remains freely movable if required due to its wheels. Despite the impressive volume, even the biggest Braumeister remains a compact brewing system.

The new automatic control system brews with your own individual recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Recipes and software updates can be synced automaticaly with the integrated wifi. The time and temperature are precisely maintained through all brewing phases. The new touchscreen makes it even easier to operate the Braumeister.

In addition, the large Braumeisters have integrated a new pressure sensor-controlled pump control. The pressure sensor in the pressure line which is connected with the malt pipe allows you to regulate the pump speed via the pressure. The new timer function saves time because, for example, the brewing water can be heated up early in the morning.
